Excalibur 17 jeweled manual wind from the early 1970’s I would guess. This brand was a trade name of the UK jewelry chain H. Samuel.

This dial is a rather subtle “pie pan” style in a GP case of 10 microns with a diameter of 34 mm.

I remember seeing TV ads for this brand in the mid 1960’s, in black and white no less.
